The Unique Brainwave Entrainment Technology of the Profound Meditation Program 3.0

Brainwave entrainment represents a way of using technology to take our meditation and our spiritual practices into territory that has previously been very difficult, if not impossible, for us to venture into. My inspiration for creating the Profound Meditation The Unique Brainwave Entrainment Technology of the Profound Meditation Program 3.0Program 3.0 was not about just adding binaural beats or isochronic tones to music, using conventional audio entrainment methods to create brainwave patterns, and say, “Hey, this is the next big thing!” To me, it is all about what we can do—even if it’s pulling from way outside of the box—to enable such a profound coherence that we can go to meditative depths that have been practically out of reach. With the Profound Meditation Program 3.0, I wanted to do something that hadn’t been done before, taking the technology to the next level.

Normally, binaural beats, isochronic tones, or monaural tones have a certain level of capacity to entrain neural activity—and then they bottom out. By combining really great entrainment tools, I wanted to create a better entrainment stimulus that could entrain more neural activity quicker, allowing us to go deeper much more quickly than we have ever been able to go before, and moving our meditation practice or spiritual development to the next level.

Generally, the established brain entrainment technology has been to use various static levels, lowering the carrier frequency of the binaural signals over time. By doing this, you basically increase the resonant power of the carrier frequency to resonate more deeply with the resonant frequency of the brain and the nervous system. This process pushes the nervous system over time. The limitation I find with this system is that it takes a static approach, in the sense that it gives the nervous system the same degree of stimulation day in and day out. The idea here is that if you keep whamming your nervous system with the same stimulation on a daily basis, it will eventually kick in and learn. Then your nervous system and your brain will jump to the next level.

My personal experience of this was that it could get very harrowing; at times, I would literally be gritting my teeth and contracting my ribs while I was in meditation, because it was pushing me so hard. I began to ask, “Is it necessary to push this hard in such a static way and create overwhelm over such prolonged periods in order to propel spiritual evolution?”

I came to the conclusion that it is not necessary, from what I’ve read in the books of numerous spiritual teachers as well as from my own experiences, where some of my most profound leaps in consciousness actually came when I wasn’t struggling. Although there were times when I had to put forward effort, my meditation practice and my spiritual practice really seemed to gain momentum when my heart and my devotion became so deeply engaged that it was no longer merely a discipline, but a profound love affair that was moving me along. Some of my biggest leaps in growth actually came about almost effortlessly.

So I began to look at other instances in which the nervous system is being stimulated on a daily basis and discovered that sports science has a lot to teach us about this. Whether you are practicing yoga, meditation, using brainwave entrainment, or working out, it’s all pushing the nervous system. One of the things that sports science teaches us is that the nervous system waxes and wanes like a sine wave in its capacity to recover from, and grow from, the stimulation we give it every day. Static levels of stimulation, where you’re getting the same smack every day, day in and day out, do not allow for the fact that there are times when the nervous system is at its peak to handle the stimulation, and there are other times when the nervous system is in its trough, or valley period, when it is harder for it to recover from stimulation.

The fastest way to make brainwave entrainment technology work for you on your path of spiritual development is to pull back ever so slightly once you realize you have reached the peak of your nervous system’s capacity to recover from the stimulus. Because your nervous system is like a sine wave, when it is about to go into its valley, you pull back just a little bit, thereby giving your nervous system, energetic system, and hormonal system enough room to pull out all of their recovery powers. This allows you to recover from stimulus more quickly, and then you get past the waning stage and back to the waxing stage, where you can start pouring on the juice a little bit more again.

What happens when you meditate using the Profound Meditation Program 3.0 is that instead of statically giving the nervous system the same level of juice every day, you consciously attune and intuitively adjust your nervous system and your energetic system’s unique stimulation recovery cycle. With PMP 3.0, you have a type of system with enough carrier frequency power and biofield amplitude to push your nervous system and your energetic system for a lifetime—and it is a system as dynamic as your growth and recovery cycles are. This system will enable you to push your spiritual development and growth much more quickly, recover much more quickly, and experience less overwhelm.

So, Profound Meditation Program 3.0 has enough carrier frequency power and biofield amplitude to last you a lifetime. In addition, it is designed for flexibility and variability, which can play an invaluable role in your journey of spiritual development in some of the following ways:

  • There are going to be some weeks when, like it or not, you’re not going to be able to put in more than 20 minutes a day. Well, on those days, you can adjust your brain entrainment routine and jump right to the third tier, making as much of your 20 minutes as you like.
  • You also may find that after pushing yourself really hard, now you have pushed yourself a little too much, and you’re getting into overwhelm. You may want to ride that overwhelm like a wave to where it’s pushing you just a little bit, but not so much that it will push you over the edge and have you take a dive. So, maybe on Saturday, after pushing hard all week, you might decide to put on the releasing tracks. In this way, you can still experience a very deep and blissful meditation, but without all the push from the carrier frequencies and the biofield amplitude.
  • If you find that you are really heavily into overwhelm, you can just turn the volume down and meditate with the biofield amplitudefrom your iPod, CD player, PC, or Mac transmitting a very healing biofield technology that allows you to dig deeper into meditative states without putting your nervous system on edge. Now you are pushing and purifying your nervous system without bludgeoning it.

Profound Meditation Program 3.0With the PMP 3.0 technology, you have something that is powerful enough and flexible enough to change as dynamically as your meditation practice does from week to week, and it can grow with you exactly as you need it to.
