John shares some good practices for the upcoming holiday season. He talks about taking care of both the exterior and interior of our body and the benefits of practicing more, not less, as well as meditating.

4 Good Practices he mentioned were:

  1. Be impeccable with your word.
  2. Do your best.
  3. Don’t make assumptions.
  4. Don’t take it personally.

He also talks about using negative emotions as the focus of our practice which then become teachers and how to handle anger.
