Even after 10 years of solid practice, when we hit a period of grief and darkness, it’s not easy to stay with the work. Yet it’s the most important thing we can do for ourselves and those we love.
Some questions in this coaching call include:
- “I have been using Profound Releasing for several weeks and have noticed that if I miss a session for a couple of days the feeling of withdrawal begins to be noticed. Can the use of this sound technology become addictive in the sense that our brains become rewired in such a way as to require the practice?
