“Hope is found in our deepest self – which is our best self.” – 7.25.12

In this teleseminar, John Dupuy talks about his recent trip to California where he teaches a class on basic addictions and integral recovery at JFK University.

John also talks about a difficult experience that he had during his trip that reminded him that “no matter how bad the suffering is, no matter how bad it gets, if we just stay present with it, if we just allow ourselves to just be with it,” then we will go through it to a “place of real peace.”

“Hope is found in our deepest self – which is our best self.”

  • (A minor issue/problem during meditation) “…Quite often, I get this really mild headache just above my right brow, always seems to be the same place, and it’s just a very, very mild headache, but it’s annoying enough to distract me from my meditation. Any thoughts on that?”
  • “Are there any references that you could give on reading more about the neurobiology of the brain entrainment technology?”
  • “What would you want to say to someone who has not yet used the technology but is considering it?”
