Being Empty – 1.7.15
It’s a meaningful time to evaluate the passing year and what this next period needs to be about with questions like “What should I be doing?” and “What is my life supposed to be about?” on our minds. We might know the answers broadly, but there’s so much happening around us when the year begins that it’s easy to get lost. If we allow ourselves to be empty and open, the new growth that we’ll be can gently arise as we witness the process with a surrendered focus which resonates with a bigger field of intelligence. That’s key to having a direction, the perfect antidote to despair and cynicism.
